Problem
A partner portal launch in 12 weeks with a small in-house team and outside vendors touching content.
What we built
Launch readiness and QA program, a 44-criterion product audit, three design system guides with a WCAG 2.2 AA checklist, and a three-tier AI routing playbook defining what AI handles, what AI assists, and what developers lead.
Result
Portal and lookup module launched; audit score improved from 38 to 41 across 44 criteria; post-launch incident review delivered to the executive team and CEO.
